Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents for family law cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage client communications, providing empathetic support and clear information to guide them through the legal process.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure informed decision-making.
• Coordinate with court personnel and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth case proceedings.
• Maintain and update case files, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings and affidavits, with attention to detail and compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared in advance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in family law, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
• Ability to manage client communications with empathy and clarity, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to bolster case strategies and decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain and update case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings and affidavits, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with court personnel and other legal professionals to ensure smooth case proceedings.
