FULL-TIME POSITION

Bring your clinical skills and caring approach to Smile Boutique, a private, fee-for-service practice specializing in prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and dental implants. We’re seeking a dependable, proactive Dental Assistant to support Dr. Rad and help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visits. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide chairside assistance during restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Follow sterilization and infection control protocols. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support patient education. Coordinate with the front office to keep appointments running smoothly. Help maintain an organized, welcoming clinical environment. EXPECTATIONS Dental assisting experience and strong attention to detail. A warm, professional approach and excellent communication skills. Reliability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset. Comfort learning dental technology and digital systems. Experience in prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or implants is a plus. Work closely with Dr. Rad in a boutique practice that values personalized care, precision, and meaningful patient relationships.
