Position Summary

As a Closing Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations during closing hours. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Hours 1:30 PM -9:00PM

Key Responsibilities

Oversee store operations during closing hours, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Hopping in departments when needed.
Excellent customer service.
Lead and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day’s operations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Perform end-of-day procedures, including cash handling and securing the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to lift 50+pounds.

Compensation

Starting at $17.00 per hour or more , based on experience.
