Mechanical Engineer

The Role As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering client solutions across design, prototyping, and implementation. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to translate ideas into functional, manufacturable products and systems. Your responsibilities will include: Developing mechanical designs from concept through detailed engineering and production-ready documentation Creating 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools Building, assembling, and testing prototypes using in-house and external resources Supporting design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) across a range of production methods Performing engineering analysis (e.g., FEA, CFD) as needed to validate designs Collaborating with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and iterate based on feedback Coordinating with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers to support manufacturing and procurement Contributing to broader project execution, including documentation, testing, and implementation Because we are a growing company, you will also have the opportunity to expand beyond traditional engineering work, supporting projects that integrate technical, operational, and strategic elements. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 1-4 years of relevant professional experience (flexible depending on skill level) Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Autodesk, or similar) for modeling and detailed drawings Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution Hands-on experience with prototyping, fabrication, or product development Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, sheet metal, or assembly Background in electromechanical systems or integrated product design Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA, CFD) Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design workflows Understanding of GD&T and engineering documentation best practices Nice to Have: Experience specifically with Solidworks and Simscale Experience taking a product from concept to production Exposure to cross-functional project environments (engineering + operations + business) Basic programming or analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, etc.) Who we're looking for: A self-starter who is comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment Someone who enjoys building, testing, and improving real-world systems A practical thinker who can balance design, cost, manufacturability, and timelines Strong communicator who can work effectively with both technical teams and clients Willing to learn quickly and apply new skills across a variety of project types You’ll be part of a team focused on driving real growth, for both our clients and our own organization.
