This contract opportunity is based onsite, supporting schools near Chicopee and the Springfield area for the 2026–2027 academic year, with a focus on helping school-aged students develop vital communication and language skills.

You’ll deliver a full spectrum of speech and language therapy services, collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students achieve their fullest potential. In this dynamic, school-based setting, your expertise will empower learners of diverse backgrounds and needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification or eligibility for CF-SLP status
• Prior experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
• Proficiency in assessments and evaluations of students’ speech/language abilities
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and individualized goals
• Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, special education teams, and other school staff
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in school settings
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform student needs
• Develop, implement, and track individualized IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with district and state requirements
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educational staff
• Serve as a resource and advocate for effective communication strategies within the school community
