Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate of competency
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in records management or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work within database systems
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and index records into the agency retention database
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Ensure document accuracy and proper file classification
• Assist with records retrieval and data entry tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support daily administrative and customer service functions as needed
