We’re hiring an Accounting Specialist! Help us build the financial backbone of our growing parts business

We are a small but growing parts business that has evolved through connection to a high-end restoration business. We handle physical inventory sold primarily through a Wix e-commerce store. Right now, our financial tracking is trapped on paper and in spreadsheets—and we are ready to level up.

We are looking for a sharp, system-savvy Accounting Specialist who wants to do more than just standard data entry. You will play a vital role in helping us select, set up, integrate and use our very first formal accounting software.

What you’ll do:

* Build the Future: Help us migrate from manual spreadsheets to an automated accounting platform.

* Wix & Tech Sync: Connect our e-commerce site and payment systems directly to our new books.

* Master the Inventory: Reconcile physical warehouse stock with digital sales, tracking COGS, landed costs, and SKU values.

* Keep Us Balanced: Run sales audits, manage accounts payable & accounts receivable and track multi-state sales tax thresholds.

Who you are:

* You have 2–4 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, specifically handling physical goods or warehouse inventory.

* You’ve helped a business transition from spreadsheets to a formalized accounting platform before.

* You love data cleaning and are an absolute pro at Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

* Bonus points if you already know the Wix e-commerce dashboard inside and out!

Location: Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania (on-site)

Compensation: $28-35/hour boe; paid holidays & accrued PTO, benefit stipend, casual work environment
