Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, competitive, and personable Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing insurance agency in Suffolk, VA .

This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable goals. Leads are provided , so your primary focus will be contacting prospective customers, identifying their insurance needs, providing quotes, and converting opportunities into new business.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with provided leads
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other Property & Casualty insurance products
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Make outbound sales calls and consistently follow up with prospective customers
  • Build relationships with new customers and provide an excellent sales experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Licensing

A Property & Casualty Insurance License is not required to apply . However, obtaining and maintaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License will be required within the designated timeframe after hire. Candidates must be willing and able to complete the required licensing process.
