We invite a dedicated andcompassionate Nocturnist Physician to join our established hospitalist team inBoston. This full-time position provides an excellent balance of admissions andinpatient care, with opportunities for teaching and academic appointment. Ourprogram offers strong peer support, reasonable patient volumes, and acollaborative environment designed to help you thrive.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, hospital-employedposition
- Weekdays: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM(with one shift extending to 7:30 AM)
- One daytime weekend shift:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (covering 10 patients)
- Average 12 shifts per month, 12 hour shifts
- Typical load: 4–5 admissionsper shift with cross-coverage of 30–40 patients
- Team-based care with 9nocturnists per night and sick-call backup coverage
- Opportunities for teachingmedical students and residents

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary:$295,000+ for new graduates; salary increases with experience

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from anaccredited institution
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Completion of an accreditedresidency program
- Eligible for Massachusettsmedical license
- Hospitalist experiencepreferred, but not required
