Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient's response to treatment and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities using EPIC charting system.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in oncology nursing is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.
• Strong proficiency with EPIC charting system.
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:5 effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on patient advocacy.
