Quality Manager - Automotive/Plastics

The company is a market-leading global manufacturer and supplier of thermoplastic components and systems to the automotive industry, serving Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). With over 100 years of experience, they specialize in custom, highly engineered technical plastics and lightweighting solutions. They are actively seeking a high-performing Quality Manager for their plant in the Greater Grand Rapids, MI area.
A qualified candidate will have:- Five (5+) plus years of experience in a Quality Leadership role in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred but not required
- Experience in plastics injection molding or blow molding
- Previous experience as a Quality Engineer
- Experience leading from the plant floor
- Outstanding communication skills
