Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Mill Operator - Level 2for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $24-$28/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Level 2 CNC Mill Operator is responsible for running CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality parts in compliance with approved programs, work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and production expectations. This role requires the ability to independently complete standard machine operations, setups, adjustments, and in-process inspections while consistently meeting safety, quality, and productivity requirements.

• Operate CNC milling equipment to manufacture parts in accordance with established programs, work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Complete routine machine setups, including installing tooling, fixtures, workholding devices, and raw materials.
• Establish and confirm tool offsets and make standard adjustments needed to maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
• Load, unload, and correctly position raw materials and completed components.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, work orders, machining instructions, and related production documentation.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Recognize dimensional, quality, or machining concerns and make allowable adjustments in accordance with established procedures; escalate issues when additional support is needed.
• Observe machine performance and identify unusual operating conditions, tooling problems, or potential equipment malfunctions.
• Accurately complete all required production, inspection, and related documentation within required timeframes.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and general housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Comply with all established safety practices, quality requirements, work instructions, and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.
• Report production, quality, tooling, and equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor or department personnel.
• Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Schedule/Shift Details: 

• Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience operating CNC milling machines within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of CNC machining processes and standard machine setup methods.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Ability to accurately use precision measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and general machining practices.
• Ability to recognize common machining and quality issues and take appropriate corrective action within established guidelines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.
• Ability to consistently meet production expectations and quality standards.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and properly record inspection results.
• Effective communication skills when working with supervisors, coworkers, and quality personnel.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and meeting all quality requirements.
