Hartford Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for our acute care team in Connecticut. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based bedside care, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and coordinate individualized care plans. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support complex medical and post-surgical patients, ensure safe transitions of care, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
