Job Title: PT Location: Casa Grande, AZ Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Casa Grande, AZ. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license (South Carolina requires permanent license only, no compact accepted) Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking Ensure start date aligns with license status at time of submission Include current license status in submission Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA Demonstrate experience in applicable setting Maintain active licensure throughout assignment Adhere to dress code as provided during first day orientation Follow parking procedures as provided during first day orientation Comply with a 30-day notice requirement Candidates with perm or PRN work history at facility within the last year are not eligible for placement until one year separation has been completed Candidates with previous traveler history at facility must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
