Job Title: Patient Access Specialist / Clerical Support Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring Patient Access Specialists for a hospital-based role in Lebanon, NH. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting patient services, medical records, and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical records, claims, EOBs, and billing documents
• Handle mail, document tracking, and administrative tasks
• Work with patient data, records, and billing systems
• Support hospital billing and patient service requests
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, admin, or healthcare
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma

Nice to Have:

• Experience with EPIC or healthcare systems
• Exposure to medical records or claims processing

Details:

• Location: Lebanon, NH (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (6:30–7:30 AM start)
• Pay: $20/hr
• Contract to Hire

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, NH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
