Position OverviewAs a Trading Risk Control Specialist, you will serve as a key "guardian" of the platform. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of trading activities, identifying and mitigating market risks, fraudulent transactions, and operational risks to ensure a fair and stable trading environment while safeguarding platform and user assets. This role demands rapid response capabilities, rigorous analytical skills, and deep industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Risk Identification and Investigation:
1. Monitor market risks, including abnormal price fluctuations and sudden surges in trading volume. 2. Investigate and identify market manipulation behaviors, such as pump-and-dump schemes and malicious trading activities. 3. Analyze account correlations to uncover potential manipulative groups and coordinated fraudulent activities. 2. Risk Control Strategy and System Optimization: 1. Participate in the development, testing, and iterative optimization of risk control rules, models, and strategies. 2. Collaborate with product and technical teams to drive the implementation of risk control requirements. 3. Prepare risk analysis reports, summarizing risk incidents, handling outcomes, and improvement recommendations. 3. Real-Time Monitoring and Risk Handling: 1. Respond promptly to trading-related risk events and take necessary actions. 2. Establish and maintain a trading monitoring system to closely track market risks. 3. Analyze suspicious trading behaviors and implement immediate intervention measures as needed. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in trading risk control, either in traditional financial industries (securities, futures, foreign exchange) or cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Strong interest in digital asset markets, with familiarity with cryptocurrency trading mechanisms, products, and market dynamics.
- Keen risk awareness and strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL/Python/R for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent logical judgment and emergency response capabilities, able to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Practical trading experience, with a deep understanding of market microstructure and trading strategies.
- Relevant certifications such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are preferred.
