Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

This company has been in business for over 40 years, supporting major global aerospace clients and delivering innovative, high-quality test equipment used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical test systems for aircraft components, including hydraulic and pneumatic system
• Interpret OEM test specifications and collaborate with customers to develop custom-engineered solution s
• Oversee projects from initial design through installation and startu p
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experien ce, with a strong focus on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Self-driven, energetic professional who thrives with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide a small engineering team
• Experience wit h aircraft component test equipme nt (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in a shop environment, including familiarity wit h machining and metal fabrication
