Automotive Repair Technician B

Job Overview Automotive Repair Technician (Level A or B) at AAA Club Alliance. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair engine performance, transmissions (automatic & manual), suspension & steering, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning. Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Properly maintain tools and equipment according to manufacturer and company safety guidelines. Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (requirements vary by position level). ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in relevant areas (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA). Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods. Valid driver’s license. Authorized to work in the USA. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty). Benefits Signing Bonus: $1,500 ($750 after 30 days, $750 after 6 months). Competitive Flat Rate Pay: LevelA $23.67 – $36.75/hour + 30‑hour billable week guarantee; LevelB $21.12 – $32.80/hour + 20‑hour billable week guarantee. Productivity Bonus: $250 – $550 every two weeks based on performance. Full-time schedule: 5 days/week, Sundays off, plus one additional day off each week. Training & Certification Support: Company pays for ASE certifications and recertifications. Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.
