Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Sagility

Sagility is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support members of leading health plans in a remote contact center environment. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, explain plan options and benefits, and guide eligible individuals through compliant health insurance enrollment. You will use CRM and call center tools to document interactions accurately while meeting quality, sales, and productivity goals. Working within Sagility’s empathetic, innovative culture, you’ll help improve member experiences and health outcomes while growing your expertise in healthcare operations and regulations.
