We are looking for skilled individuals that have a keen eye for plants and the outdoors. With great communication skills to excite our customers about the service we provide.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair grounds in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Maintain grounds in a way that meets the standards of your coworkers, supervisory personnel, and the general public.
- Maintain plants by weeding, digging, planting, raking, pruning, and trimming.
- Maintain grounds by planting flowers, bushes, and trees.
- Perform basic repairs to the grounds on which you work.
- Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs or more
- Bending and kneeling for extended amounts of time
- Maintaining grounds by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Maintaining grounds by trimming of small trees, shrubs, and hedging
- Maintaining grounds by removing any unwanted, dead, or damaged plants
- Monitoring and maintaining plant health
