Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up

  Conduct product presentations and clearly communicate value propositions to clients
  
  



• 
  Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  
  



• 
  Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction
  
  



• 
  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  
  



• 
  Track sales activity, leads, and performance metrics in CRM systems

  Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge

  Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs and market opportunities
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  1-3 years of sales experience (inside sales, account management, or B2B preferred)
  
  



• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  



• 
  Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
  
  



• 
  Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  
  



• 
  Comfortable working in a high-energy, goal-driven environment
  
  



• 
  Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (or similar)

  High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
