Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to become a part of our expanding inpatient team at the recently inaugurated Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital located in St. Paul, Minnesota.

This cutting-edge, 144-bed facility has been specifically designed to cater to individuals with acute mental health challenges, providing a secure, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented atmosphere. As our program grows, physicians will have the chance to influence scheduling, workflow, and the development of clinical programs in partnership with proactive hospital leadership.

• Base salary: $347,000

• Sign-on bonus available

• Relocation support offered

• Annual CME allowance of $5,000

• Full-Time (1.0 FTE) position in Adult Inpatient Psychiatry

• Structured, team-oriented coverage model ensuring continuous care around the clock

• Shared call rotation supported by hospitalists and moonlighters

• Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support to ensure manageable physician workloads

• Multidisciplinary treatment teams that include nursing, therapy, and social work professionals

• Engagement in daily interdisciplinary rounds

As the team continues to grow, scheduling will adapt with an emphasis on flexibility and maintaining reasonable inpatient volumes.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• Eligibility for medical licensure in Minnesota

• Preferred experience in inpatient psychiatry

• Fellowship training in Addiction Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Pain Medicine, or Hospice & Palliative Medicine is encouraged
