We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Assistant to join our product team. This role is essential in coordinating every step of product production from research and development to the final production run and will be expected to manage documentation and serve as the primary liaison between our teams and our production partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to develop new, meaningful products
• Accurately track a product through its lifecycle from concept to final production
• Clearly communicate internal needs to production partners overseas
• Analyze and negotiate costs with production partners while ensuring that quality and design objectives are still achieved
• Manage timelines and partner relationships such that developmental milestones are consistently met
• Organize sample library so that it can be easily navigated by team members
• Maintain organized records, both digital and physical

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Chinese
• Strong organization skills with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Familiarity with e-commerce from a seller perspective
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in soft goods production (ex: clothing, toys, etc.) or pet supply production
