Centerstone in Independence, MO is seeking a School Based Support Specialist to deliver intensive outpatient case management and individualized interventions for students. The role works primarily on school premises during school hours, with additional home/community support as needed. You will coordinate with schools, families, and providers, manage caseloads, document activities, and participate in ongoing staff development.
