Job Description:

- Be part of a 122-bed acute care facility, providing exceptional care across various medical specialties.
- Experience a supportive and collaborative work environment while serving northern San Luis Obispo County and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:


- Perform non-invasive, routine technical support services under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals.
- Set up exam rooms and warmly check in patients, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a robust patient recall system, including continuity of care logs for lab tests, referrals, and transfers.
- Obtain and record vital signs, reporting significant findings to the clinic physician.
- Execute venipunctures as ordered and perform audiometry and vision testing with precision.
- Engage in various job-related duties as assigned to support team goals.

Job Requirements:


- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required
- Prior experience in medical settings is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient care.
