Understands & adheres to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. Recruits, trains, supervises, and develops staff. Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and by creating a positive, productive working environment. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures. Operationally fill in as needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations. Continually strive to develop staff. Prepare all required paperwork, forms and reports in an organized and timely manner. Sets clear expectations on shift and creates a working environment and serves as a role model to create memorable guest experiences. Take actions to solve and celebrate guest feedback. Monitors compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security and fire policies, standards and regulations. Must be knowledgeable of company policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for violations of company policies, rules and procedures. Provides meaningful feedback for the DM with suggestions for improvement. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multitask Working knowledge of back-office tools Ability to quickly learn and master new computer software ServSafe Certification within 60 days of hire. Education and Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
