Job Title: Primary Care Physician Req: 2026-0347 Location: Renton Highlands Clinic, Renton, WA Department: Renton Highland Clinic Shift Type: Full Time FTE: 1 Category: Physician Salary Range: $280,000 - $325,000 Job Description Primary Care Physician - Full-Time | Renton Highlands | South King County, WA Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time Primary Care Physician for several of our Renton Highlands clinic in South King County. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based and we serve a diverse group of patients of all ages and backgrounds. Clinics Overview Schedule: M-F, No weekends Call: Robust call group with RN assistance Patient per day: ~20 average Provider team consists of physician and APPs Phlebotomy: on site Qualifications BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority Our Distinguished Recognitions Include American Medical Association's 2022 Joy in Medicine Health System Recognition Program for our efforts to improve physician well-being and combat burnout The Joint Commission's award of full accreditation triennially for meeting and exceeding national and safety performance standards Inclusion on Becker's Hospital Review's list of 153 Great Community Hospitals for 2023 and 2024 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Benefits Compensation is competitive and includes a generous benefit package. Base Salary: $280,000 - $325,000. Compensation Package also includes productivity incentives, quality incentive, sign-on incentive, and relocation assistance.
