Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates administrative activities, information flow, and Chief of Staff (COS) assigned actions across clinical service lines within the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System (NWIHCS).
• Reviews operational information provided by service leaders for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with COS requirements.
• Prepares draft procedures, templates, and SOPs.
• Tracks the completion of action plans and presents updates during weekly service chief meetings.
• Coordinates COS level meetings by preparing agendas, drafting minutes, tracking follow up actions, and communicating expectations to participants.
• Provides administrative consultation to service administrative officers (AOs).
• Participates in facility or stakeholder meetings at the direction of the Chief of Staff and completes administrative follow up actions arising from those meetings.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
