Sangre de Cristo Community Care is the Southern Colorado leader in enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion.The RN is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is the pivotal person in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family members of patients in our 10 bed inpatient unit. Responsible for initiating the appropriate intervention and support for the patient and family upon admission and provides a continuously appropriate, comprehensive and responsive plan of care for patients.This position is per request needed.
