PST Specialist

Role: PST Specialist responsible for performing blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, collecting specimens for various tests, and ensuring accurate data entry and specimen processing. Key Duties Perform blood draws and specimen collection for drug screens, paternity, and alcohol tests. Maintain patient and specimen logs, prepare samples for testing, and manage billing and payments as needed. Provide excellent customer service and handle administrative tasks. Travel to additional sites if required. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy and pediatrics experience. Strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to work independently or in a team. Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and ability to pass a color blindness test.
