Nuestro cliente es una compañía privada de Higiene y cuidado personal (especial foco en productos para bebés) con más de 20 años y 3 plantas productivas.
Job Description
- Liderar toda la operación: comercial, manufactura, operaciones, finanzas y administración.
- Construir y desarrollar un equipo directivo de alto desempeño.
- Acompañar el proceso de institucionalización y fortalecer la gobernanza corporativa.
- Impulsar el crecimiento comercial y el desarrollo de la marca (branding, presencia nacional).
- Conocer en profundidad los procesos industriales y productivos de las 3 plantas para evitar dependencia técnica o desinformación por parte de mandos medios.
- Coordinar y consolidar las áreas clave, que hoy están en transición hacia roles directivos formales:
- Dirección Comercial
- Dirección de Operaciones
- Dirección Administrativa

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Disponibilidad para relocalización. Fuerte experiencia comercial y en crecimiento de marca. Conocimiento profundo de manufactura y procesos industriales. Capacidad para gestionar 3 plantas productivas con solvencia.What’s on Offer
