How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Direct Behavioral Care: Provide specialized patient care following facility policies and established clinical procedures.
• Assessment & Planning: Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments to develop nursing care plans aligned with master treatment goals.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to refine age-specific goals and clinical interventions.
• Therapeutic Implementation: Execute nursing care plans and facilitate or co-lead patient group therapy sessions.
• Evaluation & Revision: Monitor intervention outcomes and collaborate with the team to adjust care plans based on patient progress.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
