Are you passionate about supporting students and making a meaningful impact in education? We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Instructional Aides to join our team for the upcoming school year in Santa Maria, CA.

In this role, you will work closely with students who require instructional, behavioral, personal, physical mobility, and/or therapeutic assistance. Under the supervision of teachers and special education staff, you will help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.

What You Will Do

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in classroom settings

• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to implement individualized learning and behavior plans

• Assist students with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by licensed professionals

• Encourage student independence, engagement, and confidence

• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB clearance (TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray as applicable)

• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
