With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.• Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments onsite and remote locations.• Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to the clients• Maintain all records and compliance on security and confidentiality of client materials• Maintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times• Display high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty• Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments• Clean/organize/stock • Handles sensitive and Ior confidential documents and information responsibly, and with integrity• Cross train in all service areas and provides backup support as needed.• Communicates professionally via email and verbally• Ensure all work is performed according to client specifications, meeting and exceeding expectations• Deliver support for specialty projects as required• Collect data for monthly reports, complete and submit reports within requirements• Other duties as assignedQualifications:* High School diploma or equivalent (GED).* Minimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience* 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).* Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.* Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.* Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.* Attention to detail.* Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. WATCH Where Service Matters:
