We’re seeking a Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting for a growing multifamily real estate and property management organization.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, AP, and AR.

Manage month-end close and financial statement preparation.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.

Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.

Coordinate audits and improve accounting processes.

Partner with property management and leadership teams to support financial performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager.

✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.

✅ Experience in real estate, multifamily, or property management accounting preferred.

✅ Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ CPA certification preferred.
