Food and Beverage Supervisor

Troon Country Club , located in Scottsdale, AZ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the food and beverage department daily.
• Provides daily oversight of food and beverage accounting procedures.
• Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory.
• Manages food and beverage orders.
• Trains staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service.
• Performs daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local and state laws.
• Follows correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout all applicable facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
