Opening Shift Leader

The Daytime Opening Shift Leader is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities. This role, if successfully performed, can lead to long-term management opportunities within and beyond Wallingford’s busiest restaurant. Responsibilities: Opening the restaurant by 6:30 am for breakfast, preparing beverage stations, cash management, inventory management, delivering food to guests, cleaning & maintaining the front of house and dining room, preparing desserts, bagging orders, taking drive-thru orders on headset and at front counter, executing drive-thru window activities, bagging orders, preparing catering orders, restocking inventory, answering the phone, and addressing guest needs as they arise.
