Application Security Analyst (AI Training)

As an Application Security Analyst, you'll work on realistic, production-grade security scenarios to help AI systems learn how to assess, prioritize, and remediate application risk the way an expert would. Your hands-on experience with real vulnerabilities is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter and safer.

What You'll Do

Review and analyze real-world application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, and system behavior
Classify vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control issues, and business logic weaknesses
Evaluate secure coding practices and assess the quality of remediation strategies
Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to accurately assess application risk
Provide structured, expert-level written analysis that AI systems can learn from

Who You Are

2+ years of hands-on experience in application, product, or software security
Solid understanding of the OWASP Top 10 and common vulnerabilities found in production systems
Able to distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical or low-impact risk
Strong written communication skills with the ability to reason through security problems clearly and systematically
Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

Experience in penetration testing, secure code review, or bug bounty programs
Familiarity with threat modeling frameworks or security design patterns
Background in cloud-native, API-first, or microservices environments
Prior experience working with AI or data labeling workflows
