As our Project Engineer / Civil Engineer for our Civil Engineering team in Los Angeles, CA , you'll contribute to the planning and design of diverse development and infrastructure projects across Southern California and beyond. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions for public agencies, private developers, and institutional clients.

What You'll Do

As our Project Engineer / Civil Engineer , you will support the planning and design of site development and public works projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

• Engineering Design & Analysis Perform research, due diligence, and engineering calculations to develop conceptual and final design solutions for a variety of civil projects.
• Project Coordination & Delivery Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Plans, Specifications & Documentation Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, and supporting reports to advance projects through design and permitting.
• Permitting & Agency Coordination Coordinate with public agencies to support planning, entitlement, and design approvals for private and public projects.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship Support and mentor junior staff while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 5+ years of experience supporting multi-discipline civil engineering projects
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong technical skills with experience preparing reports, designs, construction documents, specifications, and calculations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate effectively, and communicate with clients and project teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
