Career Insurance Opportunity: Commercial Management Role
Are you an experienced commercial insurance professional ready to step into a leadership position? At La Familia Auto Insurance , we're expanding our commercial division and looking for a motivated, hands-on Commercial Insurance Manager to lead the way. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the commercial insurance department.
- Grow and develop agents within the department.
- Monitor performance goals for the team, providing coaching and development as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships and stay current with product offerings.
- Manage client accounts, renewals, and escalated service issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an independent commercial insurance agent or independent commercial broker, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Active P&C insurance license required; commercial-specific certifications a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and build successful teams.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
