Description

Nvision, a subsidiary of SBMF Rx, is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our San Antonio team. This is an opportunity to provide phar
macy support in an independent retail/specialty pharmacy setting while enjoying a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no regular evenings or weekends.

Day to day responsibilities:

Answer incoming patient calls and assist with questions and requests
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Document patient interactions accurately
Help resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
Assist the pharmacy team with daily administrative and customer-service tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements

Previous pharmacy, healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
Pharmacy technician experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
Comfortable communicating by phone
Professional and dependable
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Bilingual English/Spanish required
