Responsibilities Directly supervise the development team and delegate responsibilities accordingly Hire new developers and focus on the professional development of the team Establish and enforce development standards Contribute to project planning and ensure projects are timely, meet quality standards and business objectives Develop and continually refine strategies for developing scalable software products and services Communicate with executives and stakeholders regarding project planning and business objectives Qualifications Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills A minimum of 5 years of direct engineering experience A minimum of 2 years of prior management experience Deep understanding of engineering practices and patterns covering the entire development life cycle Bonus Consideration Prior experience with .Net 6/8 Obtained a post‑graduate degree or certifications relating to architecture or leadership Direct experience building large scale SaaS applications This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely or from our office in Ames, IA.
