Job Description

• Manage all phases of construction for assigned public projects ($30M-$60M)
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control efforts
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, coordination, and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Utilize Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and reporting
• Proactively identify and resolve constructability, schedule, and cost issues
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and ownership on project execution

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant Will Bring:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC or CM
• Experience on groundup and/or largescale renovation projects ($20M+)
• Strong preference for public, civic, academic, or K12 project experience
• Solid understanding of construction means and methods
• Handson experience using Procore
• Ability to think critically, problemsolve, and lead project teams effectively
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Background with reputable, processdriven contractors a strong plus
