Full Time Medical Surgical Instructor

We are seeking a Nursing Faculty member to guide and mentor nursing students, fostering their academic and clinical development. Key Responsibilities Include Providing guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students. Applying teaching skills using diverse methodologies to achieve measurable student learning outcomes. Participating in curriculum assessment and continuous improvement efforts. Contributing to class material enhancements within shared governance. Maintaining scholarly activities and engaging in professional growth. Utilizing innovative technologies like Simulation and Innovation Labs. Assuming full responsibility for students in clinical settings, clarifying expectations, assessing skills, and providing immediate feedback. Qualifications And Skills Include Master’s degree in nursing and professional licensure as a registered nurse. Minimum of two years' clinical nursing experience, with at least one year in the teaching field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online learning management systems. Knowledge of regulations related to nursing education and compliance standards.
