About WealthBridge Financial Group WealthBridge Financial Group is a wealth management firm with over 175 years of history helping clients navigate life’s financial complexities. Our mission: To Do Good — in our communities and for the families we serve. We are expanding across Arizona. Backed by National Life Group (A+ AM Best); securities and investment advisory services through Equity Services, Inc. (FINRA/SIPC). The Opportunity Hiring driven Washington career changers into financial services with structured training and a compensation framework that rewards production from day one. No prior financial experience required. What you’ll do Develop financial plans across the 7 planning areas for Washington families, tech professionals, business owners, and retirees. Help clients implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, investment advisory accounts, and retirement plans. Serve the Eastside tech corridor, the Tacoma/South Sound working‑family market, Spokane’s Inland Northwest, and the SW Washington / Vancouver metro. Build a book of business — owned by you, with no binding non‑solicitation. Activity framework WealthBridge’s New Associate Program follows a structured daily activity framework: consistent prospecting, client meetings, applications, and follow‑ups, with weekly accountability through the program team. Activity volume is paired with quality measures — persistency, client retention, and suitability review — so that quantity without quality does not advance producers through the compensation structure. Specific production expectations are reviewed during Discovery and formalized at contracting. Washington licensing Washington no longer requires a pre‑licensing education course to sit for the insurance exam. Register directly with PSI at psiexams.com. In Washington, health insurance is regulated as disability insurance, so the license is titled “Life & Disability” rather than “Life & Health.” It covers the same product scope as the Life & Health license in other states. Process Register with PSI → self‑study (20 hours recommended by WA OIC) → fingerprinting through IdentoGO/Washington State Patrol → submit license application via NIPR. Typical licensing timeline: 2‑4 weeks. We guide you through every step. Continuing education 24 CE hours every 2‑year renewal period (3 hours must be ethics). WealthBridge tracks your CE and provides carrier‑approved courses. Compensation Commission‑based, uncapped. Independent contractor (1099) — no base salary or employer‑provided benefits. Earnings depend on activity volume, production, persistency, market conditions, and contract terms. Good‑faith earnings estimate U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) May 2024, SOC 13‑2052: 10th percentile $49,990; median $102,140; 75th percentile $172,540; 90th percentile $239,200 or higher. WealthBridge’s own entry‑level range is $80,000 to $115,000 yearly. Earnings scale with activity, persistency, and book development.
