Role Description The Revenue Cycle Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in North Carolina, United States. This position oversees all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient registration, insurance verification, authorization, billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying process gaps, and implementing improvements to optimize revenue, reduce denials, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations. The Revenue Cycle Manager collaborates closely with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to align documentation, coding, and billing practices with organizational standards and payer requirements. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supervising revenue cycle staff, developing and updating policies and workflows, training team members on best practices, and preparing reports and analyses for leadership to support data‑driven decision‑making. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, including registration, billing, claims processing, and collections. Strong knowledge of behavioral health and addiction treatment billing, including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and grant‑funded programs. Proficiency with EHR and practice management systems, payment posting, and denial management workflows. Ability to analyze financial and operational data, track KPIs, and use metrics to drive process improvements. Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standardized workflows for revenue cycle operations. Knowledge of coding and documentation requirements, and collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and administrative teams. Understanding of healthcare compliance, privacy regulations, and payer rules relevant to behavioral health services. Supervisory experience, including coaching, performance management, and team training in a healthcare setting. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
