Maintenance Specialist

If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running at their best, Waukesha State Bank wants you on our Facilities Team! We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep of our 17 locations throughout Waukesha County. From troubleshooting HVAC and mechanical systems to tackling plumbing, electrical, carpentry and groundskeeping needs, you'll have the variety and independence to put your skills to work every day. You'll also have the opportunity to spot potential problems before they become bigger ones, coordinate vendor services and make sure our facilities remain safe, efficient, professional and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.
