Full Time Position Available

Our company deals with various aspects of property management. This position handles a number of property management tasks related to multifamily unit, and house, and vacation rentals. We are looking for applicants who are team players and self-starters who enjoy work and thrive on busy days. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

· Set up of self-touring mechanisms

· Tenant and prospect communication, written and verbal (Phone, email, some in-person)

· Alternating after hours “on-call” phone duty for tenant emergencies, communications, and lead answers

· Resident File creation and maintenance

· Unit inspections

· New resident orientation video calls

· New resident application review

· Assistance with photo updates and marketing tasks as needed and replacement of signage at various properties.

· Other duties as assigned

Industry-specific experience is not required, but candidates should have a great work ethic, integrity, organizational skills, teachable attitude with a growth mindset, and a love for people.

Benefits: 401(k) eligible upon open enrollment after 1 year with partial employer match, paid time off, salary range $40-$45k commensurate with experience or applicable skill set qualifications.
