Data-Video Specialist for AI Training [Remote]

This contractor role captures high-fidelity first-person motion and video data to help train next-generation AI systems. You will record synchronized sensor and video footage of physical tasks from a head-mounted perspective, follow strict technical protocols, and deliver consistent, validated video samples that improve model performance.

• Capture precise motion sensor data using your smartphone''s IMU while performing specified physical tasks.
• Record synchronized first-person video using a head-mounted setup to validate and augment sensor data.
• Use supported devices, specifically iPhone 12 and later, Google Pixel 6 and later, or Samsung Galaxy S21 and later.
• Follow detailed technical protocols to meet quality, labeling, and determinism requirements for every submission.
• Consistently contribute a minimum of 10 hours of approved video data per week for the duration of the project.
• Communicate with the project team to clarify instructions, report issues, and provide feedback on the data collection process.
• Complete required device compatibility checks and participate in a custom AI-enabled interview process as part of selection and onboarding.
• Ensure timely delivery of approved video outputs according to project milestones.

• Access to a compatible smartphone capable of high-fidelity sensor and video capture, such as iPhone 12 or later, Google Pixel 6 or later, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or later.
• Access to a head strap or equivalent head-mounted camera setup, and ability to provide this within 48 hours of the start date so both hands are visible in recordings.
• Experience capturing video, attention to detail, and ability to follow standardized technical protocols precisely.
• Comfort performing repetitive household or physical movement tasks safely and accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to document work and collaborate remotely.
• High level of digital literacy and familiarity with mobile device workflows.
• Proven reliability in delivering consistent output in data-driven, deadline-oriented projects.
• Note: Applications submitted with a Gmail address are strongly preferred for seamless tool integration.

• Employment type: Contractor.
• Remote, experts must be based in Western or Eastern Europe. Selected eligible countries include Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
• Minimum commitment: deliver at least 10 hours of approved video data per week throughout the project duration.
• Tasks must be performed from a mobile device, recording workflow directly from the mobile device while completing tasks, using a head-mounted camera setup.

• Listed rate: 10 USD per hour equivalent, $10.00/hour.
• Actual payments are output-based, experts are paid per recorded video that meets project specifications.
• Time to complete recordings may vary by expert experience and workflow; payment is tied to approved deliverables rather than strict hourly logging.

• You must have the required compatible smartphone and head strap available within 48 hours of the start date.
• Selected candidates will complete a device compatibility check and a custom AI-enabled interview as part of onboarding.
• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours, and if selected you are expected to begin your first task as soon as you finish onboarding, generally within about 24 hours.
