Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or pediatric environments
• Ability to design and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute subject matter expertise
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Offer consultation and resources to educators regarding communication strategies in the classroom
